Addiction Prevention

This course will help anyone become more aware of potential addictive behaviors and also help those already trapped to start the path to freedom. Secondly, it is addressed to everyone who thinks they have no such problems. You'll probably be surprised to find that not only drugs, alcohol or smoking cause addiction, but also food, sex, and more can be part of this category. You can become addicted without knowing. The main purpose is to help you get away from the desires that bind you to your addiction or compulsion. Simply put, addiction is a form of slavery. Isn’t it miserable to be a slave? At the end of the course you will have the tools to start a renewed and fresh life. In the end you will be victorious!

Welcome!

I’m about to challenge you to a month-long battle, and I hope to be a real support for you along the way. You’re here because you want a change and you want to be free. Or maybe you want to protect yourself from a potential struggle ahead. I may not know you personally, but whatever your reasons for participating, I congratulate you for choosing to be here.

Here’s the plan for the next month: Every day, you’ll have useful information to read. In addition to that, you’ll also have some practical exercises. Don’t worry—they’re not difficult. But it’s important to engage with them.

There’s nothing magical about this program, and nothing that guarantees success. The “magic” lies within you. You’re the one undergoing a change, and this change requires grit and discipline—even when the circumstances work against you and you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t let small failures discourage you. And never give up!

Look at this course as a map for the journey you’re embarking on—a way to learn how to control your cravings. You’ll learn about how and why vices develop, what effects they have, why they’re so hard to renounce, and, last but not least, how to break free of them.

Trust in God, in yourself, and fight for victory! Good luck!
